1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange if:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags and packaging are intact
• The request is made within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable
• Innerwear or accessories (for hygiene reasons, if applicable)
• Items that are used, damaged, or missing tags

3. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available for size or product change
• Subject to product availability
• If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit

4. Return Process

1. Raise a return request through our website or customer support
2. Our team will schedule a pickup (if serviceable in your area)
3. Once the product is received and inspected, your request will be processed

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after successful quality check
• Amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit

6. Reverse Shipping Charges

• Free returns may be offered on select orders or promotions
• Otherwise, a nominal return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

• Please report it within 48 hours of delivery
• Share images for quick resolution
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

8. Important Notes

• SYLLVO reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
• Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
